FAULTY CONSTRUCTION AND NEGLIGENT DESIGN
We represented a group of developers who developed a $25,000,000 lake project. In connection with this development, our clients had contracted for the construction of a 2,500 foot limestone sea wall which cost approximately $1,500,000. Our clients alleged that the wall failed in places. On behalf of our clients, we sued the engineer who designed the wall and the construction company who built the wall for the total cost of the wall. We negotiated a confidential settlement during mediation.
